Live. Work. Play. Grandview Crossing is a 55-acre mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio, thoughtfully designed to blend modern residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Anchored by a 3-acre central park, the development features walkable greenspaces, curated retail, a dynamic food hall, plazas, streetscapes, and community gathering areas. Commercial landscape design and mixed-use development landscaping play a central role in fostering connection and community well-being, with layered planting beds, diverse trees, and sustainable plantings complemented by custom hardscape features, including pavers and granite curbing.
The project required careful coordination across multiple phases, adapting to shifting construction schedules, evolving design needs, and irrigation challenges while delivering a cohesive, vibrant landscape that enhances urban living and creates spaces for gathering, recreation, and everyday enjoyment.
This project earned a 2025 Gold Award from the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) for outstanding craftsmanship, high-quality execution, and commitment to creating a vibrant Live‑Work‑Play community.
