Jerome Village is a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Plain City, Ohio, spanning residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, parks, trails, pond systems, and natural open spaces. Our team provides year-round landscape maintenance that keeps the community polished, cohesive, and welcoming as it continues to grow.
The client’s goal is to maintain a beautiful, well-kept community that reflects the highest standards in residential development and enhances daily life for residents. Our work includes finish mowing, brush mowing, plant bed care, seasonal color installation, tree pruning, edging, and detailed trimming across hundreds of acres and more than 21 miles of fencing.
As new neighborhoods and commercial areas are added, we seamlessly integrate newly developed sections into the existing landscape through turf restoration, bed renovation, and consistent detailing to maintain a unified aesthetic across all phases of growth.
This project earned a 2025 Silver Award from the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) in recognition of its high-quality care, strong operational planning, and commitment to resident experience and community appearance.
