We use water more intelligently, ensuring our green practices decrease unnecessary usage. EMI's approach includes:

  • Rain Bird drip irrigation systems, customizing the amount of water delivered to each plant, ideal for narrow beds, slopes, and sparse plantings to eliminate runoff and overwatering.

  • Smart Controller and Weather Station, which adjusts daily water application based on temperature, humidity, plant type, soil type, sprinkler type, and slope.

  • Additional water conservation methods:

    • Working with weather satellites

    • Xeriscaping practices to reduce supplemental irrigation

    • Water-saving irrigation heads

    • Drip irrigation implementation

    • Installing rain sensors

    • Utilizing rain gardens to capture water naturally
